Using Nosk
By creating an account with Sign in with Apple, you accept these terms. You must be at least 15, and have a parent's agreement if you're a minor where you live. One personal account per person, not transferable.
Nosk is free, has no ads, and lets you react to music, keep a queue, favorites and collections, and share them with friends. It uses the Apple Music catalog but doesn't play or sell music, and isn't endorsed by Apple. We may change features or pause the app for maintenance; we'll warn you 30 days before shutting it down.
Your content
Your name, username, profile picture, collections and activity stay yours. You let us host and display them only to run Nosk, until you delete them. You must have the right to post them.
Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or infringing, impersonate anyone, spam, advertise, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or try to access data that isn't yours.
Reports and moderation
Report content to [email protected] with the username, the content, why it's illegal or breaks these terms, and your name and email. We review reports ourselves, without automated tools. We may remove content, suspend, or close an account, depending on how serious and repeated the problem is. We'll email you our reasons, and you can contest by replying or go to court.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, logo and code are ours. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use it on your Apple devices. Album info and artwork belong to their owners.
App Store
These terms are between you and us, not Apple, which has no responsibility for Nosk, its maintenance, support, warranties, or any claim about it, including intellectual property claims. You confirm you're not in a country under U.S. embargo or on a U.S. restricted parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
Liability
We're liable for harm directly caused by our failure to meet these terms, not for your misuse of Nosk, other users' content we weren't told about, third-party services, or force majeure. Your consumer rights are unaffected.
Ending, changes, law
You can delete your account anytime in Edit my details; it's immediate and permanent. We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches, with reasons. We'll announce significant changes to these terms in the app 15 days ahead; you can delete your account if you disagree. French law applies, along with the mandatory consumer rules of your EU country. Contact us first; otherwise, the courts of your place of residence are competent.
